Conversations in Creativity - International Women's Day 2025
To coincide with International Women's Day (on 8th March), Creative Lancashire are once again celebrating women working in creative and cultural sectors with a Creative Women Networking Lunch, followed by a panel discussion exploring inclusivity in the cultural and creative industries.
Featuring Dawinder Bansal, Fatima Vepari, Nehal Aamir, and Zara Saghir, our panelists will be sharing personal perspectives on inclusivity in the cultural and creative industries, and the arts.
For 2025, International Women's Day coincides with Ramadan. In response to this year's theme, we have curated a panel entirely comprised of exceptional British Asian and Muslim women working in the arts and wider creative industries.

IMPORTANT: Access to the Creative Networking event in the Temple Gallery is via the downstairs entrance to the Cathedral, next to the Checks & Greys Cafe on Cathedral Square.

Blackburn Cathedral is easy to get to via train and public transport from surrounding towns, so we encourage you to please use sustainable transport options where possible.
If you do need to drive, visit the Blackburn Council website for parking options.
