The case for the client:

The Job Search journey for someone who is retrenched or seeking new path can be a tough one. As people explained online, it's like falling into an abyss or a void. People head in multiple directions, trying to find one that work. But the haphazard search depletes one of his vital energies. The focus becomes very scattered, and growth is impeded.

Talking Therapy:

1) Topic include: (a) Health & Wellness, (b) Career Direction.​

We have a few decks of conversation cards, to jumpstart the conversation.

(We will have a few rounds of practise of making introductions and starting conversation. Perhaps, some theoretical discussion to it too.)

3) Sharing about "modalities" - models etc that help with finding career direction, such as new age Feng Shui (mindset toolkit + meditation ), Ikigai concepts (adapted )​, Questions to ask ourselves, True Colors profiling (motivation based ).

An alternative date, maybe suggested.

We are sort of in the beta-testing phase, and would like to seek more people to try out/ test out the system. I'm learning new things as I encounter new clients, and still trying to put the system together.

In a way, we may not be able to provide all solutions, but help suggesting and tracking, process and approaches that might help lead to a solution.
