Contractor Meeting - Southside Terrace Phase III

Sampson Construction has been hired as the general contractor, and will present on the construction bid package, and the City will provide a review of governmental requirements such as Davis Bacon and Section 3. Technical assistance from local service providers will also be available. All contractors, including subcontractors, trades, and Section 3 business concerns, are encouraged to attend. Contractor resource tables will also be available; assistance will be available for contractors that have questions before they submit a bid.
