Contra Costa Halloween Con 2026 is now on the Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) Sunday, Nov. 1, in the Hilton Concord Hotel Ballroom. Show is open from 10 am to 4 pm with free parking at the Hilton. Kids 9 and under are free.
Remember to TURN YOUR CLOCK BACK 1 HOUR Saturday night before you go to bed so you are not too early for the event!
Meet and Greet ten actors and creatives from classics on screen and TV including Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters 2, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, Rosewood, What's Happening Now, The Amanda Show, The Ten of Us, The Book of Boba Fett , Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Children of Sorrow, Saving Flora, Moon Manor, The Walking Dead, Swamp Thing, Ahsoka and All the Queen's Men.

Our Contra Costa Cons have been smash hits. Toys, collectibles, artwork, comics, anime, art, apparel, games, LEGO and much more will be featured at the family-friendly show hosted by Bay Area Festivals and American Brick Builders.
The free, family-friendly Halloween Cosplay Costume Contest for attendees will feature cash and merchandise prizes for creative participants in different age groups. Contest registration will be taken during the day with contest judging at 3 o'clock.
New items and collectibles from Disney, Transformers, Funko Pop, LEGO, Pokémon, G.I. Joe, Marvel, DC, Dragon Ball Z, My Hero Academia, Hot Wheels and much more will be available by the wide variety of exhibitors at the show. Posters, art, prints, t-shirts, hats, apparel, anime, sports cards, books, comics, Legos, buttons, pins, classic video games, jewelry and cards are featured too.
Kids 9 and under are free.
Advance admission tickets are $12 and include a $2 Toy Buck with each advance purchase online. That sale ends at 9:30am on Nov. 1.

The Hilton Concord Hotel Golden Gate Ballroom is located at 1970 Diamond Blvd, 3 blocks off Interstate 680 in Concord.
Inside the Dream Master: Stories from Nightmare on Elm Street 4 2pm Panel
More than 35 years after its release, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master remains a fan favorite. Meet and greet cast members Ken Sagoes, Danny Hassel and Brooke Theiss all day at Contra Costa Halloween Con. At their panel they share memories from the set, discuss the film's lasting impact on horror fans and reflect on their experiences being part of one of the most successful chapters in the Elm Street saga.

Hear behind-the-scenes stories, learn how the effects were achieved before the digital age and discover what it took to bring these supernatural characters to life.
