Contorted Presents: REVOXX / ROYAL / SKEARNEYAfter our huge come back with Überdruck at Strobe Nightclub we continue the Contorted legacy on Saturday 27th September with three Irish legends who are smashing the hard techno scene!
REVOXX
Revoxx is an upcoming Hard Dance music producer and DJ hailing from Ireland. His passion for Hard techno and electronic music has been a driving force in his life since he was young, and he has been working tirelessly to hone his craft and develop a unique sound that sets him apart in the industry.
Since Revoxx began his dj journey last spring (2024) he's played 30+ gigs in Ireland and internationally (Glasgow, Scotland) (Ibiza, Spain) (UK, Liverpool)
As he continued to refine his skills, Revoxx found inspiration in the works of some of the biggest names in techno and electronic music. Received great support from dis and producers such as Blk., Azyr, IhateModels, Charlie Sparks, Shlomo, Sara Landry, Winson, 999999999, LeeAnn Roberts
ROYAL
ROYAL has been around music his whole life but got his first set of decks at 12 years old and has been producing and DJing ever since. He has explored many genres during that time but most recently was producing Rap and Drill beats for a couple of Irish rappers up until he finally made the decision to make the switch to Hard Techno in March of 2024 and has fallen in love with the scene .
Very soon after that, his tracks gained recognition and support from some of the biggest names in the scene such as Azyr and Black Traffic . Over the next few months after the initial support he kept dropping tracks and gained a couple of thousand streams and received more support from other artists such as Parfait, Charlie Sparks and Omaks just to name a few. All of which has helped him set up a solid start to 2025 with many Gigs and Label releases in the pipeline!
He has only just started his career but already is cementing his name within the Irish scene and his potential is limitless!
SKEARNEY
Skearney, 21 year old Dj from Galway who is beginning to get into the producing scene. Known for Co-Running Galway's finest event company, Bümblê. He’s been involved in the running of events for years giving him an incentive to start playing himself. He started to get a real love for djing towards the end of 2022 when he started playing at house-parties around Galway. Making his debut in February where he has gone on to play in Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Dublin since.
He has been vital to our rave scene in Galway where he has played at various locations. His sets range from heavy hard hitting tracks to those of bouncy fast paced techno.
His journey is only beginning but we expect very fast growth for this exciting emerging talent.
