A live, hybrid conference for nurses, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and members of the healthcare team who care for patients diagnosed with heart failure.Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
-Describe the basic hemodynamics measured with a RHC and what might be expected in a patient with heart failure
-Describe how inflammatory disease can contribute to heart failure
-Identify where a patient is on their heart failure trajectory and describe resources available based on their unique needs
-Describe basic anatomy of congenital heart conditions and how it affects patients living into adulthood
-Utilize electrophysiology device management and monitoring for awareness on heart failure and volume management
-Promote use of guideline-directed medical therapy according to the 2022 Guidelines while supporting individual patient needs
