Summary

Elaine Palser will cover a selection of tips, traps and tactics in contentious probate such as:

(a) Removing personal representatives

(b) Proprietary estoppel claims and their interaction with other probate disputes

(c) Navigating artificial intelligence in the probate and trusts sphere

(d) Successfully mediating and negotiating contentious probate disputes

Elaine Palser is a barrister and mediator at Outer Temple Chambers, London. She has a strong contentious probate and trusts practice, including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills, proprietary estoppel, constructive and resulting trusts, the interpretation of wills and trusts, and the removal of personal representatives.
