Join us for a two-hour Contemporary class where you will participate in floorwork, across the floor movement, and a fun combination. The class will go at an intermediate pace, but we will accommodate anyone who would like to join in with plenty of available modifications!
Contemporary dance is an expressive style that blends elements of modern, ballet, and jazz techniques to help dancers explore movement with emotion, freedom, and creativity. Dancers will work on fluidity and dynamic transitions while building strength and artistry. Contemporary dance encourages personal expression and storytelling through movement, making each class a unique journey.
