Contemporary Dance Class With Mecca

On Wednesday March 18th 2026 come out for a night filled with sensual, intentional and fun vibezzz, confidence building and the opportunity to connect with your inner goddess. In this class we are getting a sensual flow in.

Expect emotion, big movements, level changes, intention breathing with movements, body control and grace.

This class is beginner friendly and you do not have to wear heels as they are always optional. Please dress however you feel comfortable. There are no rules and this is a safe judgement free space :)

Class Time: 8-9:15pm
