Come join facilitator Tünde Nemeth at the Shambhala Centre for an all-day workshop to explore what happens when meditation and writing meet on the cushion.
This workshop draws on Natalie Goldberg’s landmark book, Writing Down the Bones, and on the work of the Shambhala contemplative arts teacher Miriam Hall.
The workshop is offered in English, but you are most welcome to write and to share in French. Writing cues will be offered, or you can write about a topic of your choice.
Bring your own lunch and your favourite notebook, plus something to write with.
