Contemplative Recovery Eucharist

National Recovery Month is observed every September to celebrate individuals in long-term recovery, honor service providers, and promote evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. Blending resources from the Recovery Ministries of the Episcopal Church with our St. James Contemplative Eucharist services with candles and music by Jack Russell, we will pause to give thanks for those who have found healing and wholeness in recovery and for those who have supported such healing and to pray for those still suffering. Whether you are in recovery, have a family member or friend who is in recovery, or simply wish to honor the way God is present in the lives of the millions who struggle with addiction, this service is for you.
