Contemplative Photography -Ben Franklin Place

Join us for a mindful exploration of the beauty available to us in every moment. You will be invited to take part in mindful exercises to notice your sensory and emotional experience without judgment. Activities to focus your attention while taking photos will be offered with time to practice and dive into your own individual experience.

​This workshop is for anyone who is curious to give it a try! No artistic skills required. Just bring your enthusiasm, willingness to explore the natural environment, and a camera (a cell phone is great).

Location: This workshop takes place at the Ben Franklin Place. The meeting place is indoors closest to the ring road entrance, in front of the entrance to the public library.
