SOUNDBATH, MOVEMENT AND ENERGY HEALING with Ben & Nic

In a world where chaos and noise—both external and internal—are constant, we rarely give ourselves the gift of true stillness. This experiential class offers you a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and return to a place of quiet, centered presence. Here, you’ll be gently guided—silently and intuitively—inviting your essence back to the forefront as your guiding light. The session will include a unique blend of soundbath and movement, led by Ben and Nic.

You’ll have the freedom to choose your path: lie down in Savasana, sit in quiet meditation, or engage in intuitive or guided asana. The resonant healing frequencies of the soundbath instruments will envelop you, creating an extraordinarily passive yet powerful meditative experience that can help you navigate the complexities of daily life with clarity and peace.

Towards the end of the session, we’ll offer polarity therapy healing and a quiet moment for reflection. Come immerse yourself in this opportunity to reconnect with your body, your inner teacher, and the deep silence that resides within.

With over 15 years of experience of helping people find inspired ways to easeful and graceful living, Nicola is truly a unique spiritual teacher, life mentor and energy practitioner.

Her special blend of magic is the ability to draw upon the gifts of the ISHTA Yoga lineage, the ancient healing art of Ayurveda and the elemental work of Dr. Stone’s Polarity Therapy simultaneously.

BEN DIAMOND

Ben is a multi-instrumental sound practitioner and student, exploring the intersections of science, spirit and energy to heal and bring our bodies into a natural state of ease and wellbeing. He has trained with Shervin Boolorian of Sound Healing Bali.
