Have you felt the desire to connect on the dance floor, but just aren’t quite sure how?
In this playshop we’ll explore how to engage with others through movement.
Participants will learn some simple tools for initiating and engaging in contact improvisation on the ecstatic dance floor. We will focus on “dropping in” to the relational movement field to find a space that feels connected and satisfying to everyone involved.
Beginners welcome and encouraged to join!
