Contact Ecstatic Dance Flow

Move how you feel, connect with yourself, and explore connection beyond words. We’ll begin with guided Contact Improv-inspired exercises, offering an opportunity to explore touch, shared movement, and playful interaction—always with choice and consent. From there, we flow into freeform dance, where you can move solo, with others, or just let the music carry you. No expectations—just a welcoming space to explore, express, and be fully in the moment. Flow toys welcome! :)
