Consul General's Distinguished Lecture Series: Paradise to Portfolio

Island SPACE Caribbean Museum invites you to an enlightening lecture as part of Jamaican Consul General R. Oliver Mair’s Distinguished Lecture Series. On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM, we proudly welcome Founder, Chairman and CEO - Blue Mahoe Holdings, David P. A. Mullings.

Discover how members of the Caribbean diaspora can turn their love for home into powerful investment opportunities. Mullings will share practical strategies for building wealth through regional ventures, unlocking the potential of Caribbean economies, and shaping a future where passion and profit meet.

Island Society for the Promotion of Artistic and Cultural Education (Island SPACE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of arts, culture, history, and educational initiatives that represent the Caribbean region, in South Florida and the broader diaspora. The public is invited to visit the Caribbean museum Thursdays through Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. General museum entry is $15 per adult and $7 per child. 1. Park in the lot near the northeast entrance.
2. Walk north (toward Broward Blvd / the building under construction) along the outside of the building.
3. Turn into the double doors immediately before the construction.
4. Walk into the mall for about a minute. We'll be the first storefront on the left.
