Amy Cole is a Private Client Tax Director at Menzies advising entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and families on their personal tax affairs. Amy works closely with the property sector, offering advice to individuals who are looking to sell or develop property

Rebecca Wilkinson is a Business Tax Partner and Office Principal for the Woking office at Menzies. Her primary focus is corporate tax with a particular specialisms in property (is a key member of the firms property and construction sector) and international.

Sarah Barron is a Senior Manager in Menzies’ VAT consulting team, specialising in land and property, as well as the not-for-profit and VAT-exempt sectors. With expertise in optimising property transactions and minimizing irrecoverable VAT, Sarah works closely with clients to provide tailored, practical solutions for complex VAT issues.

Cesare McArdle is a Partner in the Commercial team at Herrington Carmichael with over 10 years experience. Cesare advises on all aspects of construction law and regularly assists property developers, consultants, sub-contractors and banks on a variety of construction related matters.
