The Concert Chorale presents the Cedar Rapids debut of the Grammy-nominated, three-part oratorio "Considering Matthew Shepard" by Craig Hella Johnson on Saturday, March 15th at First Lutheran Church at 7:30 pm. Dedicated to the life and legacy of Matthew Shepard, the young Wyoming college student who was beaten and tortured because he was gay, it explores musical themes of community, compassion, grief, acceptance and justice.Don't miss this one-night-only performance!
