Consider Your Options: A lot has changed since Dougie first came to Finland in 2017 – just in time to ruin family values and cause chaos! They’re ready to share it all in this dark(ish) autobiographical comedy show.
A show that will make you laugh, think, question and consider re-reading The Lord of the Rings.

Dougie K Powell is a British-born, Helsinki-living comedian, drag artist and author known for their observational and autobiographical comedy style (as well as their fabulous, gothic style!)
They have been performing stand up since 2015; graduating from Middlesex University London in 2016 with a degree in Solo Performance. Since moving to Finland they have performed at various clubs including Kekkosklubi, Feminist Comedy Night, Helsinki Stand Up League and The Attic Underground. Dougie is a regular at NoName Theatre’s Comedy Curtain Call.
Their debut novel My Best Rival, a queer coming-of-age romance, was published in 2023 by Spectrum Books. Its sequel The Grown Ups was released in 2025.

No spiked shows may be worn in the premises. Please wear removable spikes or be prepared to remove your spiked shoes at the fifth-floor door.

The NoName Theatre is at Hietaniemenkatu 7 B in Kamppi. The entrance is technically on Lapuankatu, past the K-Market. Ring the "5th Floor" buzzer to the left of the blue gate under the "Keskisuomalainen Osakunta" sign. The main door will probably be unlocked, but if not, ring the fifth-floor buzzer by the door. Once inside, take the elevator up to the fifth floor.
SCHEDULE
The doors to the theatre itself will open 30 minutes before the start.
ACCESSIBILITY
There is an elevator to the fifth floor. Unfortunately, the premises do not have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
