About this Event
Join the (CYC) and spend rewarding time stewarding crucial pollinator gardens in Pickering, ensuring they thrive for local bees, butterflies, and other essential wildlife. Additionally, help monitor and protect these native species!
This is a great opportunity to earn high school community service hours while making a lasting environmental impact in your neighborhood! All tools and training are provided. No experience necessary—just dress for the weather and be ready to dig in!

Who Can Apply
To participate in the program, you must:
- Be at least 14 years of age
- Be currently enrolled in High School
- Have an interest in the outdoors and environmental conservation
- Be comfortable working in a team
- Be punctual and reliable
