Why Conservation@Home?
Most yards can be transformed into a space that:
• Reduces stormwater runoff
• Supports birds, butterflies, and beneficial insects
• Improves soil health
• Lowers water use
• Reduces chemical inputs
• Cuts down on mowing
• Helps identify and manage invasive species
Conservation@Home is an everyone can do something program. Whether you add a few native plants, install a rain barrel, or reduce chemical use, your yard becomes part of a growing network of wildlife‑friendly spaces.
