Consent is more than permission for physical touch. It's the foundation of every healthy interaction. This workshop explores how consent shapes conversations, advice-giving, emotional sharing, feedback, requests, and countless other everyday exchanges.
Through discussion and interactive exercises, participants will discover practical ways to recognize boundaries, communicate more clearly, and create relationships rooted in respect, trust, and mutual understanding.
