This is a small-group workshop where you will explore presence, consent, playfulness, and pleasure through giving and receiving touch.
You can register alone or together with friends or partner(s), and no prior experience with conscious spaces is required.
The workshop takes place on 27 Mar, 18.30–22.00, in Skärmarbrink, Stockholm. The cost is 365 kr/person. Registration is through Peach.
2. Introduction
This workshop invites you to explore the difference between giving and receiving, taking and allowing. Through simple, embodied exercises, you will explore the question “What am I doing, and who is it for?”
By clarifying your intention and noticing how it feels in your body, you can begin to distinguish between serving another’s pleasure, accepting the touch you desire, taking with consent, and how to offer the gift of allowing.
This clarity may support more honest communication, deeper trust, and interactions that feel nourishing rather than confusing or draining.
You are welcome to an evening focused on presence, consent, playfulness, and pleasure through giving and receiving touch. In this workshop, you will:
– Practice being present to better understand your body’s subtle signals.
– Receive tools to notice, trust, value and communicate your needs and boundaries.
– Explore playful and pleasurable ways of giving and receiving touch.
– Enjoy a cozy evening with others.
3. Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for you who are new to tantra as well as for you with prior experience. It is also for you who prefer smaller groups (max 15 participants) where the focus is on creating a more personal, inclusive, and safe space.
My values are safety, inclusion, and consent. I welcome everyone over 18, of all gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship styles, ethnicities, and disabilities.
You can register alone or together with friends or partner(s).
4. What will happen during the evening?
You will do exercises on your own, in pairs, and in small groups. You will usually switch partners or groups for each new exercise. However, if you join with friends or partner(s), you are of course welcome to do all the exercises together.
This workshop includes exercises that involve physical contact. If you take part and don’t consent to touch in a particular exercise, you can choose to sit it out or modify it to suit your needs. For example, you might choose to do an exercise using words instead of touch.
5. Practical information
– Language: English.
– Drugs and alcohol: Not allowed.
– Location: Skärmarbrink, Stockholm (address after registration).
– Fika: There is tea/coffee, fruit and chocolate.
– Clothing recommendation: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.
– Participation: There are many ways to participate and all exercises are voluntary.
6. Accessibility information
Physical environment
There is a high threshold and two steps down at the entrance. The restroom is very small and does not have handrails.
Psychological environment
You are welcome to participate according to your energy and capacity. All exercises are voluntary. There is a small seating area adjacent to the workshop room where you can rest if needed.
Sound environment
The workshop takes place in a smaller venue with good acoustics. There is no hearing loop system available. Music is usually played during the exercises and lowered during conversations and information sharing.
Visual impairment
All exercises are accessible, and guide dogs are of course welcome. Assistance from public transportation can be arranged if needed.
Allergies
No perfumes or incense are used. A guide dog may be present in the space. No nuts will be served during the workshop, although nuts may previously have been present in the venue.

10. About the workshop leader
My name is Lars, and I work as a tantra therapist with a focus on safety, inclusion, and consent. In my sessions and workshops, I follow the ethical guidelines set by the Swedish Association of Tantra Practitioners and Educators.
In my work, I strive to create a grounded and welcoming space where you can choose to explore your inner strengths, challenges, and dreams. In this space, I want you to feel:
– Safe in your feelings, expressions, and experiences
– Included — by me as a leader, by the group, and in the exercises
– Free to choose when you participate, with whom, and in what way
I also value a sense of freedom and strive to not let my own challenges dictate what I can or cannot achieve in life. This has helped me complete training in tantra, counselling, inclusion, qigong, and the Wheel of Consent.
