I was a perfectionist and a very committed mother. How much space did I actually give my children? After taking the Conscious Parents Conscious Kids class a few times, I realized how much pressure I did put on myself and on my family.
Do you know what was asked during this course? "Are you willing to be a bad parent?" Can you imagine how shocked I was? Me, the mom who always wanted to be the perfect parent. Slowly I got the picture that because of my fear of doing it wrong, I had achieved just the opposite.
I wish I found this class years ago....
This is the first parenting class where it's not about right or wrong. You won't feel like you're failing. The first class with really useful tools. For at home or in the classroom. Tools that seem so strange, but give so much fun and convenience.
