Conscious Foundations: Introductory Parenting Workshop

Parenting young children can feel both deeply meaningful and surprisingly hard.

Join us in person for this fun, experiential, discussion-based workshop, where we'll explore new ways to consciously create a secure foundation for your child's development + build strong, positive relationships with them.

Many of us were never taught what’s actually happening beneath children’s behavior, or how much our own state as parents shapes the relationship. As a result, everyday moments like tantrums, resistance, or even simple routines can feel confusing and overwhelming.

This free introductory workshop is a chance to step back and look at parenting from a different perspective.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore:

• what might be happening beneath your child’s behavior
• how your own nervous system affects your child more than any technique
• how to stay more grounded in difficult moments
• simple shifts that can bring more calm and connection into daily life

This is not a lecture or a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a small, guided conversation designed to help you think more clearly about your child and your role as a parent.

The workshop also serves as an introduction to a deeper 4-week parenting class for those who want to continue.
