**Conscious Dance: Move, Express, Connect** Step into a transformative *Conscious Dance* experience where movement becomes a gateway to mindfulness and self-discovery. This is your opportunity to let go of judgment, connect with your inner rhythm, and express yourself authentically in a supportive, open space. With music as your guide, flow through an intentional journey inward. No fancy dance moves required, no pressure—just your body, the sound, and a moment shared with friends.

""What"" Bring whatever you would bring to drop in fitness class. Comfy loose clothing, mat, water etc.
Suggested donation of $5-10 at the door to help cover the facility cost. Short on funds? No prob we got you. Come dance and feel good.
