Join Lori for a transformative journey of free-form movement where you’ll experience the liberating power of conscious dance. This practice invites you to release the need for structured choreography and instead embrace authentic expression through movement. Set to a dynamic range of music—from rhythmic beats to calming melodies—this is a space to let go of inhibitions, connect deeply with your inner self, and move in a way that feels right for you.
