Welcome to Conscious Conversations, a donations-based, non-movement-focused community builder open to all, held one Saturday a month from 115-215p.Do you want to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, connect with like-spirited community members, and learn something along the way? We've got you!
At this monthly gathering, you can expect:
- Vegan snacks, hot tea, water
- An educational or conversational topic around spirituality, yoga philosophy, and supportive practices
- A safe, welcoming environment to practice svadhyaya (self-study)
