As the season unfolds, there’s a natural sense of expansion in the air. Life is moving, growing, and opening in visible and invisible ways. This gathering offers a space to pause within that movement and reconnect with yourself.
Each month, we come together for an afternoon of open conversation, reflection, and meditation.
We begin with conscious conversation, allowing what is present in the room to guide us. From there, we move into a guided meditation and an intuitively received message that emerges specifically for the group gathered that day.
No two gatherings are ever the same.
What unfolds always reflects the moment and the people who are there.
Some arrive feeling full or overwhelmed.
Others come curious, reflective, or drawn to sit in shared presence.
However you arrive, you are welcome exactly as you are.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to be present.
