WellSpring Lecture Series – Nervous System Basics: The Science of Practice
Join us for Conscious Connections, a 90 minute lecture where we discuss selected topics bridging the gaps between spirituality and science.
February lecture will discuss the mind, body, spirit connection in relation to nervous system regulation. We will explore nervous system basics and then review current research conducted regarding nervous system regulation and movement, breath, and meditation.
