What is a Conscious Connection Experience?
When you learn to connect more deeply with yourself, you increase your capacity to connect with others.
Conscious Connection is a powerful and life-giving experience that invites self-revelation into what is blocking you from the deep intimacy and love that all humans long for. Be in the experience of you while relating with others. Nothing to change. Just loving presence.
We will be slowing down and tuning in. You'll be guided through a tried-and-true transformational flow of movement, music, breath, rituals and reflection that invite noticing, allowing and being with sensations and feelings. Nothing to change, just connecting with your truth.
This experience is for any and all adults with a heart.
Come nervous, anxious, tired, sad, excited, curious, longing for connection. This process takes into consideration our nervous system and the distractions from being present in the moment which is where life happens. It is such a tender and powerful way to come home to oneself. You may leave feeling present, grounded, calm, centered and/or loved.
This ceremony theme is about receiving Love. So many of us are conditioned to give. In healthy relationships, we give and receive. This experience allows us the opportunity to give and receive in sweet, powerful ways. Slowing down, we deepen into our internal self. Being present to self and others creates a relational field that allows for surprising revelations.

Lisa was in Thailand learning and facilitating these experiences of embodiment and connection. She is currently a tantra teacher in training. She has been facilitating various types of experiences for adults since 2014. Before that, she was in youth ministry for 15 years creating and facilitating life-changing ministries for our youth.
