This two hour immersive experience combines the powerful practice of conscious connected circular breathing with the deeply meditative frequencies of binaural crystal singing bowls, specifically attuned to the theta brainwave state (a deep meditative state). Conscious connected breathing is a rhythmic, continuous breath without pauses, activating the body’s natural healing intelligence and allowing suppressed emotions, stress, and energetic blockages to surface and dissolve. In a safe, supported space, you'll be guided through this powerful practice, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, clarity, and vitality. No previous breathwork experience necessary. All levels are welcome.
