Conscious connected breathwork is an amazing tool, purely using our own breath, to connect to your body, disconnecting with your mind. You may release emotions or memories that have been held onto day to day or that you may have buried down over time. However the session is gentle and everyone's experience differs, one session to the next is very rarely the same.
Some people feel they go into a deep meditative state, while other can release emotions stored in the body.
If we hold onto the emotions/energy over time, it can cause stress and illness in our bodies.
People often get from a session what they need at that moment in time, whether it be purely disconnecting from the over active mind or an emotional release.
Reiki is a healing modality that balances the energetic body and can clear energetic blocks, this is optional.
I share also tools and information that I have learnt in my own healing journey and want to share with others the tools that have helped me.
Conscious connected breathwork changes the chemistry in our bodies so there are some contraindications that need to be taken into consideration. Therefore the waiver must be read during booking and agreed to before you come to the session.
