Conscious Connected Breathwork for Stress Release
About this Event
Join us every Sunday morning for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session at Yoga in the Lanes, Brighton.
This 2-hour session is designed to help you slow down, release stress, calm the nervous system and create space to reconnect with yourself.
You will be guided throughout the experience using breathwork, music and immersive headphones in a safe and supportive environment.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
This session may support you if you:

What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Mats, cushions, eye masks and headphones are provided.
You may wish to bring water and a journal.
Optional extra
Sauna and cold immersion may be available at the venue after the session for £5, payable directly at the venue.

Breathwork can be a powerful practice. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, serious heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent major surgery, or significant mental health concerns, please contact us before booking.
