Join us for a transformative experience in our Conscious Connected Breathwork event. This gathering offers a serene and supportive environment, within a 24-unit EESystem room called The Portal, for individuals seeking to explore the profound benefits of breathwork and ‘active’ meditation practices.
During this event, participants will be introduced to various techniques and concepts aimed at cultivating mindfulness, relaxation, and inner peace. The event will be facilitated by experienced instructors who will guide you through the process, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with breathwork and meditation, this introductory event will provide a solid foundation and inspire you to continue your practice.
Bring a thick yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort and an empty water bottle to fill up at our ‘Living Water’ hydration station. Please no perfumes/colognes and refrain from any mind-altering substances before the event.
