-2nd Wednesday at 6pm @ Eight Lotus Yoga Studio, Swanson
-3rd Monday at 9am @ Siddhartha's Garden, Swanson
EVERYONE WELCOME, whether FB group members or not -- no fees, no agenda, just a gathering of light-minded people! During this mindful hour, phones OFF, do not ask the group to partake in any modality practice (we are each unique!)
