Join Slow Food Denver and our Snail of Approval Awardee, Bibamba Chocolate, for a hands-on Conscious Consumer chocolate-making workshop on February 19, hosted at Bibamba’s chocolate factory inside Edgewater Public Market.
This fun, delicious, and educational experience invites participants to step into the world of ethical, farm-to-table chocolate while learning how to make their own gourmet truffles. Perfect for friends, families, or anyone curious about where their food comes from, this workshop blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and plenty of tasting along the way.
