Conscious Breathwork and Sound Healing Session

This is your invitation to slow down, drop out of your head, and reconnect with your body.

In this guided experience, we’ll use conscious breathwork and sound healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection.

Breathwork helps create space between stimulus and response, allowing the body to safely release what it’s been holding. Sound healing supports this process by calming the mind, soothing the nervous system, and helping the body integrate what arises.

You do not need any prior experience just a willingness to listen to your body and meet yourself with curiosity.
