Conscious Breathwork and Live Sound Bath

Let yourself be guided on a journey of Self-discovery and Unity Consciousness at House of Light & Sound in Walnut Creek. Immerse yourself in the transformative power of conscious, guided breathwork and live sound bath. This opportunity allows you to connect with your inner self, let go of stagnant energy and experience deep relaxation.

The activating, guided Breathwork will help you release tension, decompress and connect with your breath as a powerful healing tool. Tap into your body's natural ability to restore balance.

Finally, surrender to the soothing vibrations of a live Sound Bath. Allow the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls, planetary tuned gong, chimes, and other unique instruments to wash over you, dissolving stress and promoting a sense of harmony within. Laurie will bath you in song and offer her soul's vibration as a transmission of Love and Harmony.

No previous experience necessary. Come dressed in layers for comfort.

Participants will be laying on the floor on a comfy floor mat, bolster, pillow, soft blanket all provided.

Please bring your own eye pillow, journal, pen & closed water container for reflection during closing circle.

This weekly event runs every 2nd, 3rd and 4th (and sometimes 5th) Wednesday of the month from 6:30PM - 8:00PM
