About this Event
Wise elders are critically important in today’s world. In this daylong workshop, we will identify and explore essential human qualities that enable us to live fully, love well and age joyfully. In a caring, supportive learning environment, there will be presentations by the teacher, guided meditations, experiential exercises and heart-felt discussions. Together, we will cultivate the qualities of lovingkindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Join us for a richly meaningful and uplifting day filled with fresh insights, new friends, and a life affirming vision of growing older.
