Get ready, Conroe! We’re bringing an entire weekend of crawfish, Cajun food, live music, carnival rides, entertainment, competitions, and family fun to Montgomery County!
This isn’t just a crawfish cookoff. We’re building a full-scale festival experience with something happening everywhere you turn.
🦞 CRAWFISH, CAJUN FOOD & MORE
Come hungry! We’re bringing together some of the best crawfish restaurants, cook teams, and Cajun food vendors from Montgomery County and surrounding areas, plus plenty of other festival food and drinks throughout the weekend.
🎡 CARNIVAL ALL WEEKEND
The carnival will be running throughout the entire weekend with rides, games, and attractions for kids, families, and adults.
🎶 FRIDAY | 4 PM – 10 PM
We kick things off Friday afternoon with crawfish, food, drinks, carnival rides, live music, and entertainment throughout the festival.
🎭 SATURDAY | MARDI GRAS + FESTIVAL DAY
Saturday morning starts with the inaugural Conroe’s Mardi Gras Parade!
This will be a family-friendly Mardi Gras parade circling the festival grounds from 10 AM – 11 AM.
Following the parade, festival gates officially open at 11 AM and the party continues until 11 PM.
Expect crawfish, Cajun food, carnival rides, live entertainment, street performers, competitions, cold drinks, and plenty more throughout the day.
👨👩👧👦 SUNDAY FAMILY DAY | 11 AM – 4 PM
Sunday starts with Family Day, with carnival rides, food, entertainment, and activities for the whole family.
🎺 SUNDAY TEJANO DAY | 4 PM – 9 PM
At 4 PM, we turn up the music and close out the weekend with Tejano Day!
Expect live Tejano entertainment, crawfish, great food, cold drinks, carnival rides, and one final night of festival fun.

We’re planning content creator cook-offs, special competitions, street performers, live entertainment at every bar, unique attractions, and much more.
