Conquer your Anxiety and Worries for Tweens Jan. 14 - Feb. 25, 2026

Families who are looking for tools, skills and knowledge in supporting their tween who is experiencing anxiety and worry. The first portion of the program will have the caregiver and child learning strategies together. The group will break apart for a large portion of the evening where the tweens will work on tools and strategies while the caregivers will be increase knowledge and understanding regarding anxiety, gain support and communicate about successes and struggles in supporting their tween.

No siblings please. This program is not designed for children with a diagnosis.
