About this Event
These three acts have been mates for years, it's about time we saw them share the same bill!
Join us at Crooked River's Tractor Shed Brewery in Workington for a summer afternoon of music, tasty local grub and or course Crooked River's many thirst quenching beers.
We'll be kicking things of with local musicians performing in the courtyard, inviting you to chill and unwind in the al fresco with a Dusty Dog and a cold one.
Then at 6pm we'll move into the Brewery Shed for our three headline acts.
They'll be new songs, fan favouties and collaborations galore.
You don't want to miss this one off event. All this for a tenner!? Sounds to good to be true, we know it isn't but you'll have to come down and judge that for yourself.

Andy Fearley and Saxxy Ben started out at the end of 2024 as a collective group of friends just having a bit of fun! A bunch of talented individuals getting together to play a different foot tapping version of a few popular songs. Little did we know that what we were doing was liked so much by people….and after having played at a couple of open mic nights, we decided to continue to develop our sound.
Andy Fearnley, (vocalist and guitarist) hadn’t played much live music at the start of this venture, but quickly gained confidence and started writing/singing his own songs and developing his style. Andy has a unique style, an amazing vocal range, exquisit guitar playing, and tailors his music and lyrics to the surroundings he frequents, mainly in the heart of the Lake District. It’s a blend of music inspired by the beauty of the Lakes, mountains and amazing people that live there!
Ben Walbank (Aka Saxy Ben) is a multi talented musician, a pianist, drummer, saxophonist and also a piano tuner…..and just a really fun happy guy! He has been involved in music for over 40 years on and off, but only recently picked up the sax again 4 years ago after a break of 20 years and only been playing tenor sax for about three years. Ben joined as the other half of the duo, on tenor sax, to create some upbeat punchy bass lines and some fast paced improvised legendary solos which together create a very likeable and fun entertaining performance.
