Connection Workshop, 1-hour - March 17

Connection Workshops aim to help community members:

• Recognize loneliness in ourselves and others
• Consider ways to overcome loneliness/isolation in our own lives and community

This abbreviated 1-hour workshop provides essential information to create a foundation for future connections. It’s up to each of us to take a step towards connection. This can start with building strong and meaningful relationships, so no one feels alone.
