Join us for a welcoming and inclusive evening designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their families. This special community event is all about movement, connection and fun in a supportive environment.

Enjoy a guided demonstration of our circuit-style workout featuring:
• Very light resistance
• Low-impact cardio
• Gentle stretching
This is not high intensity — just a supportive and accessible example workout.
