Annie and Rose set the tone for an emotionally impactful, afternoon yoga practice. Come explore the opportunity to expand the traditional practices of yoga into the realm of relationship, community, and authentic connection with ourselves and therefore to others. We will release stress through self reflection and the honoring of the human experience as a collective.
With a short, warming flow, and a unique, guided meditation, this soulful class is perfect for yogis, new or seasoned, who want to connect more fully to the energy that connects us all in a revitalizing, sacred, and uplifting way. Allowing focus and introspection to assist and support us, we will travel deeper into our unique energies as a path to discovery, and a way to access the offerings of yoga as a unifying and healing practice.
