About this Event

I know there are other women wanting to connect without the distractions of phones--so I am creating that community.

If you go to open social media, and feel overwhelmed, drained, and do not remember most of what you watch, it's time for some analog living.

Welcome to the "Off-line Women's Club!"

I am Coach Coco and truth be told, if I could toss my phone in the ocean and never have to engage with email, social media notifications, calendar reminders, or spam calls, I would be a happy woman!

But that’s not realistic for the work I do and the impact I want to have in people’s lives. I teach Strategies in Stress Management at American University, I'm a wellness coach, and speaker, so a phone is essential--it's just not my life 24/7.

I want to help other women live more present lives.

Please consider joining me for the first Off-Line Women’s Club event on May 23 from 10-11:30 at the National Arboretum in DC.

This women’s only event marks the beginning of a new rhythm—a dedicated space for women to step away from the constant pull of notifications and be in community engaging in real conversation free from our cell phones.

We will be discussing the art/practice of "Slowing Down" in our daily life. Light refreshments will be provided.

All attendees will be asked to be “phone free” from the start to the conclusion of the event.

Thank you for joining this movement, our minds and bodies will appreciate this choice 😊

-Coach Coco
