Join us at Brooklyn Heights Community Garden for the final Healing & Wellness workshop of the year. In this family-friendly gathering, clay handwork is just the beginning. Together, we’ll:

🌿 Get grounded in the garden

💛 Practice guided vulnerability and heart-opening connection

✨ Slow down and create space for ourselves and others

🎨 Work with our hands to shape clay and shape community

Each participant will leave not only with a tiny clay cup—a symbol and reminder to fill your own cup first—but also with a deeper sense of connection and renewal.

This workshop is led by @melsfriends615 (fun fact: it’s just Mel, and we’re the friends!).
