Connection and Presence in Touch and Movement - Saturday Breema Workshop

By inviting presence in touch and movement via the Nine Principles of Harmony, Breema bodywork and self-care exercises create a relationship with that aspect of ourselves which is always whole, healthy, and in harmony.
Nurturing a simple, natural, and direct connection between body, mind, and feelings, we build a foundation: a center of gravity that becomes a source of support and confidence for life.
