Forest therapy is not about distance, speed, or destinations—it’s about presence. In this one-hour guided experience, Sandy, a certified forest therapy guide, gently leads participants through slow movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to awaken the senses and deepen your connection with nature. The session concludes with time for reflection and shared experiences. Must be able to walk approximately one mile or less on uneven ground and be comfortable sitting on the ground or standing.
When: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 - 10am – 11am
Who: Park guests, nature enthusiasts, people who enjoy meditation, yoga, or just want to unplug
Bring: Water, sunscreen, bug repellent, closed toe shoes
